Parma Area Morning Kiwanian Frank Spisak is pictured supervising with Loran McEvoy of Greenbiar Middle School and students who worked on cleaning up and decorating the Historic Toll House at the Parma Hts Commons Area for the fall holidays as part of our "Make A Difference Day".  The Parma Area Morning Kiwanis has adopted the Toll House and bears a plaque in commemoration of their sponsorship since 2007.
